The NatWest Group is working with Leadership Through Sport & Business to recruit young people who come from under-represented backgrounds for apprenticeships based in London, Edinburgh and Manchester.
The launch of the Social Mobility Apprenticeship Programme follows a pilot in London last year, where NatWest Ventures, the bank’s digital innovation arm, partnered with Leadership Through Sport & Business (LTSB) to give opportunities to young people who wouldn’t normally consider a career in banking or with a large corporate organisation.
This year LTSB are recruiting 63 young people to join apprenticeship roles across the RBS/NatWest offices in Edinburgh, London and Manchester.
