Our innovative and life-changing social mobility charity is looking for brilliant youth workers in London and Manchester!

We have a six-year track record of preparing and supporting bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into employment with major firms – and we want committed, effective cohort managers to be a critical part of our work.

It’s a demanding, always-interesting role that requires someone who can navigate two very different worlds. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a cohort of young people from a range of backgrounds (including In Care, Primary Carer, or survivor of abuse) and is also comfortable in the corporate environment.

Our young people are placed in major firms like EY, RSM and Grant Thornton, in life-changing apprenticeship placements, and you will support them on what is often a difficult journey. Working closely with a premiership football foundation and education provider, you will coordinate and deliver an employability programme of skills and experiences which allows our young people to make the most of ability we already know they have – and which all too often is lost to the jobs market.

You will have experience of working with young people, a keen interest in factors affecting social mobility, and a commitment to changing society, one young person at a time!
