England went into lockdown on Monday 23rd March as a result of COVID-19, as an organisation we quickly responded to this lockdown by creating the Virtual Skills Clinic programme. The Virtual Skills Clinic was created to continue the support and development of the young people on our programme in an effective way.  These sessions provide our young people with positive professional role models, broadens their professional network and offers them a chance to develop new and existing skills.

We have volunteers from 38 different companies, these include TP ICAP, Macqaurie, Chubb, Capco, ICE, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Mckinley, PCA Law and Bower Talent.

We would like to say a big thank you to our 76 volunteers for committing their time, energy and expertise to coaching our young people. Your support and commitment has been invaluable!
