WE ARE A LIFE-CHANGING CHARITY
Leadership Through Sport & Business is a national social mobility charity. We prepare and support bright young people who face disadvantage into secure, sustainable, high-quality careers in accounting, business and finance. Together with Premier League football club foundations and education delivery partners, we provide young people with personal and professional development to prepare them for the world of work, and we place them in AAT Level 2 and 3 apprenticeships with leading employers in London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester.
Our life-changing accountancy apprenticeship programme consists of two phases: a four-month unpaid pre-apprenticeship phase, followed by a paid Level 3 apprenticeship with blue-chip companies. Candidates are given the training and skills to succeed through:
Internationally recognised AAT Level 2 and 3 qualifications in accounting, with expert tutoring through local education providers.
87% of those who completed the programme remained in full-time paid employment within six months of graduation (or in a few cases enrolled at university)
We asked our most recent graduates to respond to statements on a scale of 1-10 where 10 is Strongly Agree.
For the statement: I would recommend LTSB to other young people like me, the overall score was: 9.8
89% of employers believe that their LTSB apprentice has positively contributed to the working environment
